Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp lime zest
  • 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest in a bowl. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Place pie on baking sheet. Bake in oven 5 to 8 minutes, until pinhole bubbles begin to form and burst on the surface of the pie. The filling will be wobbly and not browned.
  • Transfer pie to wire rack to cool, then thoroughly chill pie in refrigerator before serving, at least 1 hour. Garnish with lime slices and/or whipped cream if desired.
