Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 16 oz container whipped topping thawed, divided
  • 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • 15 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups unwrapped

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioner's sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping
  • Chop half of the Reese's peanut butter cups into small pieces, chop the remaining cups in half
  • Add chopped peanut butter cups to mixture and stir
  • Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
  • Garnish top with halved peanut butter cups
  • Freeze pie completely.
  • Serve with remaining whipped topping if desired. May have to thaw slightly to cut.
