Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
A quick homemade peanut butter pie with no baking required.
Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

- 1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 16 oz container whipped topping thawed, divided
- 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
- 15 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups unwrapped
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioner's sugar until smooth.
- Fold in half of the whipped topping
- Chop half of the Reese's peanut butter cups into small pieces, chop the remaining cups in half
- Add chopped peanut butter cups to mixture and stir
- Pour mixture into graham cracker crust
- Garnish top with halved peanut butter cups
- Freeze pie completely.
- Serve with remaining whipped topping if desired. May have to thaw slightly to cut.
