Key Lime Pie

- 3 cups Sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust
- whipped cream optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest in a bowl. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Place pie on baking sheet. Bake in oven 5 to 8 minutes, until pinhole bubbles begin to form and burst on the surface of the pie. The filling will be wobbly and not browned.
- Transfer pie to wire rack to cool, then thoroughly chill pie in refrigerator before serving, at least 1 hour. Garnish with lime slices and/or whipped cream if desired.
