Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Cup Potato Chips crushed
  • 1/2 Cup Pretzels chopped
  • Flaky Sea Salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 375 F
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a baking mat.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract and mix on low.
  • Add dry ingredients and mix on low just until everything is combined.
  • Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips, potato chips, and pretzels.
  • Roll cookies into ping pong ball sized balls, leaving at least 4 inches between them.
  • Bake about 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and centers are still soft.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Allow cookies to cool 5 minutes before transferring to cookie rack.
