Kitchen Sink Cookies

- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter room temperature
- 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar packed
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Cup Potato Chips crushed
- 1/2 Cup Pretzels chopped
- Flaky Sea Salt for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375 F
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a baking mat.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract and mix on low.
- Add dry ingredients and mix on low just until everything is combined.
- Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips, potato chips, and pretzels.
- Roll cookies into ping pong ball sized balls, leaving at least 4 inches between them.
- Bake about 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and centers are still soft.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow cookies to cool 5 minutes before transferring to cookie rack.
